By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding inspection, repairs, shipping, warranty, and communication.

Overview

This service provides a full inspection and quote to repair your IS-EG or Evolution Gear NGAL device. The initial $50 fee covers only the evaluation and diagnostics of your unit — it does not cover the cost of repairs.

• If repair is possible and approved, the $50 is applied toward the total repair cost.

• If the unit is not repairable, the $50 evaluation fee is non-refundable.

• Once the unit is deemed repairable, we will send you an invoice with the final repair cost.

• The unit will be shipped back to you at no additional cost whether repairs are performed or not.

• We cover insured return shipping regardless of the repair outcome.

Shipping Instructions

• You are responsible for shipping the NGAL unit to us.

• We recommend using tracked and insured shipping via USPS.

• Package the unit securely to prevent damage in transit.

• DarkLight Dynamics is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments sent to our facility.

• Return shipping (insured) is covered by us regardless of whether the unit is repairable or not.

Repair Process & Turnaround

• Turnaround time is typically 5–7 business days after receiving the unit, but may vary depending on the extent of repairs required.

• Once the inspection is complete, we will send you a detailed quote via email.

• If you approve the repair, an invoice will be sent to your email.

• Repairs will begin once the invoice is paid in full.

• If additional parts or time are needed during the repair, we will contact you with updates before proceeding.

Inspection & Liability

• The $50 fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and labor required to diagnose and evaluate the unit.

• If your unit is deemed unrepairable, we will return it at no charge—but the evaluation fee will not be refunded.

• DarkLight Dynamics is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or malfunctions

  • Damage incurred during shipping to our facility

  • Claims that the device was damaged during inspection if not clearly supported by photos/documentation prior to service

• We reserve the right to photograph and document all units upon arrival and throughout the repair process.

Warranty

Repairs are backed by a 30-day workmanship warranty, covering only the parts and services performed by DarkLight Dynamics.

This does not cover unrelated failures, original defects, or misuse after the repair.
