This set of upgraded IR ND Filter & Diffuser Caps function the same as our NGAL caps but are now offered for the ATPIAL-C, PEQ-15, LA-5. Designed to seamlessly fit SomoGear, EvolutionGear, FMA and real versions.

ND Filter:
This filter blocks the visible (VIS) laser and reduces the intensity of the IR laser, which not only minimizes laser bloom but also improves eye safety during use. It’s an essential upgrade for anyone looking to ensure more precise control over their setup.

Diffuser Cap:
Transform your standard narrow IR beam into a wide, even flood—perfect for CQB and indoor environments. The diffuser creates a soft, usable beam that improves visibility, reduces shadows, and enhances your close-range effectiveness in low-light conditions.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Please watch our comparison video showcasing the DLD ND cap versus the stock ND caps that come with EG’s NGALs. Be aware that some Chinese SPECP* airsoft resellers copy our kit and falsely advertise their ND filters as effectively reducing the laser intensity.

Our ND filter uses a different type of glass, installed by DLD in the USA. In contrast, the standard EG NGAL caps offer no real intensity reduction and introduce a significant artifact. The DLD ND filter delivers performance comparable to the original L3 caps, effectively reducing laser intensity without introducing artifacts, making it fully usable in the field.
