Warranty and Return Policy

Return & Refund Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within the 30-day window.

  • If the unit is unused and in its original packaging, you may return it at your own expense for a full refund, with 5% restocking fee.
  • If the unit is been used or not in its original condition, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • Orders that are cancelled and refunded for any reason incur a non-refundable 5% payment processing fee.

Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and all returns are subject to review to confirm the unit’s condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your Full Name
  • Invoice Number
  • Email Address
  • Reason for Return

Note: If the item is not returned in its original packaging, a restocking fee may apply.

Once we receive your request, our team will guide you through the next steps to ensure a smooth return process. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Warranty

All DarkLight Dynamics products come with a 1-year limited warranty strictly covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not include damage caused by water, dust, dirt, or other environmental factors, nor does it cover issues resulting from human error.

Important Notes:

The warranty applies to a single unit and does not reset or carry over after a replacement is issued.

We strictly follow these guidelines and reserve the right to deny warranty claims if we determine there has been abuse or misuse of our warranty service, whether intentional or otherwise.

Any tampering, unauthorized testing, or disassembly of our products will result in immediate disqualification from warranty coverage at our discretion.

Full or partial submersion of units in water automatically voids the warranty. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims based on evidence or reasonable suspicion of water damage or submersion.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund. The credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, minus a 15% restocking fee if your order is subject to it and the non-refundable shipping cost.

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any products.

If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please refer to our warranty policy for guidance on addressing manufacturing defects. For all other concerns, feel free to contact us via email for any help.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us by email.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for your return, as these are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For more valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
